Returns & Exchanges

 

BEROXpert North America, LLC™ will accept the return of merchandise for exchange or credit only with advance written authorization. Returned materials will be credited at the actual cost paid as determined by the proof of purchase, LESS ALL FREIGHT COSTS. We do not accept returns on electronics, chemicals or coatings. Returns must be made within 15 days of invoice and must be in new and re-sellable condition upon receipt. Materials returned must be shipped prepaid to BEROXpert North America, LLC™. Discontinued items and special orders cannot be returned. Returns may be subject to a minimum of a 15% restocking fee.
